Great question! Prebiotics and probiotics are ingredients we add to our Scrumbles recipes. Prebiotics are types of fibre that can be used by bacteria naturally found in your pet's gut, including ingredients like inulin. Probiotics are live microorganisms, and we use a strain of Enterococcus faecium in selected recipes. You can find the full ingredient list for each recipe on our website!

Definitely! All our recipes are designed for sensitive tummies, but we've gone one step further with our Sensitive+ Dry Food. It's packed with lean and easy-to-digest chicken, and enriched with extra gut-friendly prebiotics and probiotics to help maintain a healthy balance of gut bacteria. The recipe is also free from grains, gluten, soy, dairy, egg, and red meat, making it hypoallergenic, and we say a big no-no to artificial nasties, added sugar and salt.

Yes! Whilst grain sensitivities are rare in cats, we know some kitties need a grain-free diet, and if that’s your feline friend, this recipe is for them. Our Sensitive+ Dry Cat Food is both grain-free and gluten-free, made with natural ingredients, quality chicken, and a gut-friendly blend of prebiotics and probiotics to support happy tummies. It's a great option for cats with known sensitivities, or any kitty looking for a meat-packed, tasty recipe. Just a heads-up: although this recipe is grain-free, it’s made in a facility that also handles grains, so it may not be suitable for cats with severe grain allergies.

Our Sensitive+ Dry Cat Food is a great choice for senior cats, offering tailored support for their changing needs. We’ve added joint care supplements like glucosamine and chondroitin to help maintain mobility, plus gut-friendly prebiotics and probiotics to support digestion and immunity as they age. The recipe is also lighter in fat to help older cats maintain a healthy weight, without compromising on taste or nutrition. It’s a gentle, gut-friendly option that helps keep your golden oldie feeling their best.

Once you have opened a bag of our dry cat or dog food, we advise that you use it within 3 months. Make sure to reseal the bag to maintain freshness and nutritional quality. Store in a cool, dry place and always check the best-before date on the bag. Even better, decant it into an airtight container for peak crunch-preserving power.

If your cat has a sensitive stomach, look for a diet that’s easy to digest and free from common triggers like added sugars, artificial additives, or low-quality meat meals. Recipes with natural ingredients, high-quality protein, and added gut support can make a big difference. Our Sensitive+ Dry Cat Food is specially formulated for delicate tummies. It features easy-to-digest chicken, is free from grains and gluten, and includes prebiotics and probiotics to support digestive health and immunity.

Absolutely! All our dry dog food recipes are complete and balanced, so you can mix and match with other complete flavours to keep mealtimes exciting. Switching between recipes should be okay for most pets, just introduce new flavours gradually if your pooch has a particularly sensitive tum.

Every pet is different, so we offer both grain-free and gluten-free recipes to suit different dietary needs. Grain-free options avoid all grains completely, making them ideal for pets with grain sensitivities. Our gluten-free recipes include gentle, non-wheat grains like rice, which can provide slow-release energy for other floofs.
